2. Accurately measure the socket depth and mark the pipe port to guarantee precise fitting.
3. Apply adhesive with care, starting with the socket, followed by the pipe. Ensure an even and ample coating for optimal bonding.
4. Align correctly, insert into the marked section in one smooth motion, and rotate by 1/4 turn to secure the connection.
5. Remove any excess adhesive from the socket for a clean finish.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand until the interface has fully cured, ensuring a durable connection.

1. Utilize adhesives and cleaning agents responsibly, restricting access to trained personnel only.
2. Eliminate open flames near bonding sites, and ensure the area is well-ventilated to prevent hazards.
3. Avoid construction at temperatures below -10ºC, and refrain from using fire to heat the adhesive point.
4. Equip construction staff with gloves, and if adhesive contacts the eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention promptly.
Installation Instructions
Saw Pipe and Groove:
Determine the saw pipe length meticulously based on measurements and connected pipe fitting dimensions. Utilize fine tooth saws, cutters, or pipe cutting machines to ensure clean cuts without deformation. For optimal bonding, file the socket area into a 15°-30° groove, with a groove length of at least 3mm and thickness between 1/3 to 1/2 of the pipe wall. Remove debris post-grooving for a clean finish.
Socket Protection:
After socket connection, cleanse the extruded adhesive with cotton or a dry cloth moistened with mild detergents like acetone. Allow static curing of the interface, adapted to adhesive performance and climate conditions. Extend curing time appropriately during winter construction for optimal results.
