Pipe connection
★ Follow these meticulous steps for a flawless pipe socket connection:
1. Ensure the pipe socket and fitting socket are immaculate before applying adhesive.
2. Measure socket depth accurately and make a precise mark on the pipe port.
3. Apply adhesive evenly, starting with the socket and then the pipe, ensuring a uniform coating.
4. Carefully align, insert to the marked point, and execute a smooth 1/4 turn rotation.
5. Neatly remove any excess adhesive from the socket.
6. Allow the bonded pipes to stand securely until the interface is completely cured.
★ Adhere to these essential safety guidelines when using adhesives:
1. Use adhesives and cleaners precisely as needed, restricting access to trained operators only.
2. Maintain a flame-free environment at bonding sites, ensuring proper ventilation.
3. Avoid construction in temperatures below -10ºC, and refrain from applying heat to adhesive points.
4. Equip workers with gloves. If adhesive contacts eyes, rinse immediately with copious water and seek medical assistance.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Determine the precise length for saw pipe cuts based on exact measurements and connected fitting dimensions. Utilize fine-tooth saws, cutters, or pipe cutting machines for precise cuts. Ensure a flat fracture with no sectional deformation. File the socket section to a 15°-30° groove ensuring a groove length of at least 3mm, with thickness being 1/3-1/2 of the pipe wall. Clean thoroughly post-grooving.
Socket protection:
After socket connection, carefully clean any extruded adhesive using cotton or a dry cloth with a mild detergent like acetone. Allow to cure based on adhesive properties and weather conditions, extending curing time in winter.
