Pipe connection
★ The main connection methods of the pipeline are:
1. For dn≤63, employ hot melt socket connection or electrofusion connection to ensure a secure and leak-proof joint.
2. For dn≥75, it is advisable to adopt a hot melt butt connection or electrofusion connection for enhanced strength and reliability.
3. For connections with metal pipes and pipeline accessories, a flange connection or transition pipe connection is recommended to ensure compatibility and structural integrity.
★ Electrofusion connection
1. Begin by cleaning the pipe to be connected and marking the insertion depth to ensure accuracy and precision.
2. Scrape its epidermis to prepare the surface for a superior bond.
3. Sleeve the electrofusion pipe fittings onto the pipe, maintaining alignment on the same axis to ensure a smooth and secure connection.
4. Proceed with electrical welding, observing for a slight melt ejection from the hole, which indicates a successful fusion process.
5. Allow for cooling, signifying the completion of the electric melting process and ensuring a robust and lasting joint.
