Pipe connection
★ Post-piping, mark the insertion depth at the pipe's end for precise socket alignment.
★ Clean the connecting surfaces of pipes and fittings before threading the pipe into the joint cover.
★ Utilize a hot melt machine to heat the pipes and fittings. Ensure the heating parameters align with the technical specifications of the hot melt machine.
★ Upon reaching the required heating time, swiftly remove and insert the pipes and fittings straight to the marked depth without rotation, forming a uniform flange at the joint.
★ After welding, place the pipe joint cover snugly.
★ Achieve flawless integration as pipes and fittings are completely melted into a unified structure, ensuring a truly perfect match.
