Pipe Connection
★ Mark the socket depth on the pipe's insertion end after piping.
★ Clean the connecting faces of pipes and fittings before threading the pipe into the joint cover.
★ Utilize a hot melt machine to heat the pipes and fittings. Ensure the heating parameters align with the technical specifications of the hot melt machine being used.
★ Upon reaching the required heating time, simultaneously remove the pipe and fittings and insert them straight without rotation to the marked depth, forming a uniform flange at the joint.
★ After welding, secure the pipe joint cover.
★ The pipes and fittings fuse into a single, cohesive unit, achieving a perfect match.
