Pipe connection
★ Before assembly, mark the socket depth at the pipe insertion end.
★ Clean the connecting faces of pipes and fittings. Thread the pipe into the joint cover.
★ Use a hot melt machine to heat the pipes and fittings. Ensure heating parameters align with the technical requirements of the hot melt equipment.
★ Upon reaching the specified heating time, swiftly remove both pipe and fittings. Insert them evenly to the marked depth without rotation to form a uniform flange at the joint.
★ After welding, cover the joint with the pipe joint cover.
★ The process ensures a perfect fusion of pipes and fittings, delivering an impeccable match.
