Pipe connection
★ Adhere strictly to the following steps for reliable pipe socket connections:
1. Ensure both the pipe socket and the fitting socket are thoroughly cleaned before bonding.
2. Accurately measure and mark the socket depth on the pipe port.
3. Apply adhesive uniformly, coating the socket first, followed by the pipe fitting socket.
4. Align properly and insert into the marked section in one motion, then rotate 1/4 turn for secure fitting.
5. Clean any excess adhesive from the socket to ensure a tidy finish.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand until the joint has fully cured.
★ Ensure safe use of adhesives by observing these guidelines:
1. Use adhesives and cleaners responsibly, restricting access to trained operators only.
2. Ensure the bonding site is flame-free with adequate ventilation.
3. Avoid construction at temperatures below -10ºC and do not use fire to accelerate adhesive curing.
4. Construction personnel should wear gloves, and in case of eye contact with adhesive, rinse immediately with water and seek medical attention.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Determine pipe length by layer, based on precise measurements and the dimensions of connected fittings. Utilize fine tooth saws, cutters, and pipe cutting machines for precision cuts. Ensure the cut surface is smooth and deformation-free. File the socket area for adhesion into a 15°-30° groove; it should be at least 3mm long and 1/3 to 1/2 of the wall thickness. Clear debris post-groove for optimal results.
Socket protection:
Post-connection, clean extruded adhesive with cotton yarn or a dry cloth soaked in a touch of detergent like acetone. Allow the joint to cure based on adhesive performance and weather conditions. Extend curing time in winter as necessary.
