Pipe connection
★ Ensure a meticulous pipe socket connection by adhering to these strict procedures:
1. Thoroughly clean both the pipe socket and fitting socket prior to bonding.
2. Accurately measure the socket depth and mark the pipe end accordingly.
3. Apply adhesive uniformly, starting with the socket and then the pipe end.
4. Align precisely, insert fully to the mark, and rotate a quarter turn to ensure a strong bond.
5. Clean off any excess adhesive from the socket for a neat finish.
6. Allow the bonded pipes to stand until the interface is fully cured, ensuring maximum durability.
★ Ensure safe adhesive use by following these essential guidelines:
1. Use adhesives and cleaning agents as needed, and restrict usage to trained operators only.
2. Avoid open flames at bonding sites and ensure good ventilation throughout the process.
3. Refrain from conducting work below -10ºC and do not use fire to dry adhesive points.
4. Equip construction personnel with gloves; if adhesive contacts eyes, rinse immediately with water and seek medical attention.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Determine pipe length with precision, based on measured specifications and dimensions of each fitting. Utilize fine-tooth saws, cutters, and pipe cutting machines for a smooth cut with no deformations. Prepare the socket for adhesive with a 15°-30° groove, ensuring a groove length of at least 3mm and thickness of 1/3-1/2 of the pipe wall. Clean thoroughly after grooving to ensure a debris-free surface.
Socket protection:
Post-connection, clean extruded adhesive with a cloth moistened with detergent such as acetone. Allow the joint to cure completely, factoring in adhesive properties and climate conditions. Extend curing time adequately during winter to ensure optimal performance.
