Pipe connection
★After piping, mark the socket depth at the pipe insertion end.
★Clean the connecting end faces of pipes and fittings. Thread the pipe into the pipe joint cover.
★ Use a hot melt machine to heat the pipes and fittings to be connected. The heating parameters should meet the technical requirements of the relevant hot melt machine.
★After reaching the heating time, swiftly detach the pipe and fittings, and align without twisting to the marked depth, forming a consistent flange at the joint.
★ Place the pipe joint cover post-welding for a polished finish.
★The pipes and fittings are entirely fused into a singular, seamless entity, achieving a perfectly synchronized match.
