3. For joining with metal pipes and pipeline accessories, use flange or transition pipe connections for optimal compatibility.
★ Electrofusion Connection Details:
1. Begin by cleaning the pipe's surface and marking the insertion depth to ensure precision.
2. Carefully scrape the outer layer to prepare for a strong bond.
3. Fit the electrofusion pipe fittings onto the pipe, ensuring both are straight and aligned on the same axis.
4. Proceed with the welding process until a slight melt is visible for inspection.
5. Allow to cool, completing the electric melting process for a secure connection.
