Pipe Connection
★ Follow these steps meticulously for pipe socket connections:
1. Ensure the pipe socket and fitting socket are clean before bonding.
2. Measure the socket depth and mark the pipe port accordingly.
3. Apply adhesive uniformly, first on the socket and then on the pipe socket.
4. Align and insert the pipe into the marking part in one go, with a 1/4 turn rotation.
5. Wipe off any excess adhesive from the socket.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand until the interface cures.
Safe Use of Adhesives
1. Use adhesives and cleaning agents as needed. Non-operators should refrain from handling them.
2. Ensure no open flames at the bonding site and maintain good ventilation.
3. Avoid construction below -10ºC. Do not use fire to dry adhesive points.
4. Construction personnel should wear gloves. If adhesive contacts eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention.
Installation Instructions
Saw Pipe and Groove:
Cut pipe to the specific measurements layer by layer, including dimensions for each connected fitting. Use fine-tooth saws, cutters, or specialized pipe cutting machines. Ensure a flat, deformation-free cut. File the socket part to be glued into a 15°-30° groove using a medium board file; groove length should be at least 3mm, and groove thickness should be 1/3-1/2 of the pipe wall thickness. Remove debris after grooving.
Socket Protection:
After connecting the socket, clean extruded adhesive with cotton yarn or a dry cloth dipped in detergent like acetone. Allow to remain static until the interface cures based on adhesive performance and climatic conditions. Extend curing time during winter construction.
