3. In instances where metal pipes and accessories must be joined, flange connections or transition pipe connections are recommended.
★ Electrofusion Connection Steps:
1. Begin by cleaning the pipe surface to be connected and marking the insertion depth to ensure precision.
2. Carefully scrape the epidermis to prepare for optimal fusion.
3. Firmly sleeve the electrofusion fittings onto the pipe, maintaining alignment and axis accuracy.
4. Proceed with the electrical welding process, ensuring that a small amount of melt is observable from the hole, indicating a proper weld.
5. Allow for adequate cooling time to complete the electric melting process and achieve a secure connection.
