★ Heating Process: Use a hot melt machine to heat pipes and fittings. Ensure heating parameters align with the technical requirements of the hot melt machine.
★ Seamless Connection: After heating, promptly remove the pipe and fittings simultaneously. Insert the pipe straight to the marked depth without rotating, forming a uniform flange at the joint.
★ Final Assembly: Place the pipe joint cover after welding.
