Pipe connection
★ Adhere strictly to the following meticulous procedures for a secure pipe socket connection:
1. Ensure the pipe socket and fitting socket are thoroughly cleaned before applying adhesive.
2. Carefully measure the socket depth and accurately mark the pipe port.
3. Apply adhesive uniformly, first to the socket, followed by the fitting socket.
4. Align carefully, insert into the marked section in one motion, then rotate by a quarter turn.
5. Diligently wipe away any excess adhesive remaining in the socket.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand undisturbed until the adhesive interface cures completely.
★ Follow these safety guidelines for the prudent use of adhesives:
1. Only operators should handle adhesives and cleaning agents, strictly as needed.
2. Ensure the bonding area is free from open flames and well-ventilated.
3. Avoid construction below -10ºC, and refrain from using fire to dry adhesive points.
4. Equip construction personnel with gloves. In case of eye contact with adhesives, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical attention promptly.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Determine pipe lengths based on precise measurements and the dimensions of connected fittings. Use fine-toothed saws, cutters, or pipe cutting machines for clean cuts, ensuring sections remain undeformed. File the socket area to a 15°-30° groove using a medium board file, with grooves no less than 3mm in length and 1/3 to 1/2 of the pipe wall thickness in depth. Clear debris post-groove completion.
Socket protection:
Post-connection, clean extruded adhesive using cotton yarn or a dry cloth with a mild detergent like acetone. Allow the interface to cure based on adhesive performance and climatic conditions, extending curing time during winter.
