Pipe connection
★ Mark the socket depth on the insertion end of the pipe post-piping, ensuring precise alignment.
★ Ensure clean and smooth end faces of pipes and fittings, then thread the pipe into the pipe joint cover with care.
★ Employ a hot melt machine to achieve optimal heating for the pipes and fittings. Make sure the heating parameters align with the technical specifications of the hot melt machine in use.
★ As soon as the heating time is reached, promptly remove both the pipe and fittings. Insert them smoothly to the marked depth without rotating, creating a uniform flange at the joint.
★ Secure the pipe joint cover after completing the welding process to ensure a robust connection.
★ The fusion of pipes and fittings results in a seamless union, achieving a truly perfect match and integration.
