Pipe connection
★Explore the primary methods for connecting pipelines:
1. For dn≤63, employ hot melt socket or electrofusion connections.
2. For dn≥75, hot melt butt or electrofusion connections are recommended.
3. For connecting with metal pipes and accessories, use flange or transition pipe connections.
★Electrofusion connection
1. Ensure cleanliness by removing dirt from the pipe and marking the insertion depth accurately.
2. Scrape the outer layer carefully.
3. Align and sleeve the electrofusion fittings, keeping the pipes straight and aligned on the same axis.
4. During welding, observe for a slight melt ejection from the hole as an indication.
5. Allow cooling to complete the electric melting process.
