Product application range
★ Suitable for hot and cold water pipe systems.
★ Ideal for heating systems, including floor and wall heating, as well as radiant heating systems.

Pipe connection
★ After installing the piping, mark the socket depth at the pipe insertion end.
★ Thoroughly clean the connecting end faces of pipes and fittings. Thread the pipe into the pipe joint cover.
★ Use a hot melt machine to heat the pipes and fittings to be connected. Ensure the heating parameters align with the technical requirements of the relevant hot melt machine.
★ Once the heating time is reached, promptly remove the pipe and fittings simultaneously, and insert the straight line without rotation to the marked depth, forming a uniform flange at the joint.
★ After welding, place the pipe joint cover on.
★ The pipes and fittings will be completely melted into a single, unified structure, achieving a truly perfect match.
