Pipe Connection
★ Mark the socket depth at the pipe insertion end after piping.
★ Ensure the connecting faces of pipes and fittings are clean. Insert the pipe into the pipe joint cover accordingly.
★ Employ a hot melt machine to heat the pipes and fittings, adhering to the technical specifications of the hot melt machine used.
★ Upon reaching the heating duration, simultaneously remove the pipe and fittings and insert them linearly without rotation to the marked depth, forming an even flange at the joint.
★ Secure the pipe joint cover post-welding.
★ The pipes and fittings achieve a perfect union, integrating seamlessly into one cohesive unit.
