Pipe connection
★After piping, mark the socket depth at the pipe insertion end.
★Clean the connecting end faces of pipes and fittings. Thread the pipe into the pipe joint cover.
★Use a hot melt machine to heat the pipes and fittings to be connected. Ensure heating parameters adhere to the technical requirements of the relevant hot melt machine.
★After reaching the heating time, immediately remove the pipe and fittings together. Insert in a straight line without rotation to the marked depth, forming a uniform flange at the joint.
★Put on the pipe joint cover after welding.
★The pipes and fittings melt into a unified whole, achieving a flawless match.
