Seamless Pipe Connection
★ After piping, ensure the socket depth is marked at the pipe insertion end.
★ Clean the connecting surfaces of both pipes and fittings. Insert the pipe into the pipe joint cover.
★ Utilize a hot melt machine to heat the pipes and fittings. Ensure the heating parameters align with the technical requirements of the specified hot melt machine.
★ Once heated, swiftly remove and connect the pipe and fittings, inserting them in a straight line without rotation to the marked depth, forming a uniform flange at the joint.
★ Attach the pipe joint cover post-welding.
★ The pipes and fittings fuse seamlessly into a single unit, achieving a perfect match.
