Pipe Connection
★ Our pipeline systems utilize the following primary connection methods:
1. For dn≤63, choose between hot melt socket connection or electrofusion connection;
2. For dn≥75, hot melt butt connection or electrofusion connection is recommended;
3. Connect with metal pipes and accessories using flange or transition pipe connections.
★ Electrofusion Connection
1. Begin by cleaning the pipe to be connected and marking the insertion depth.
2. Ensure a clean connection by scraping the epidermis.
3. Slide the electrofusion fittings over the pipe, maintaining straightness and axial alignment.
4. During welding, observe for slight melt ejection from the hole for verification.
5. Allow for cooling to complete the electric fusion process.
