Pipe connection

1. Prior to bonding, meticulously clean both the pipe socket and fitting socket to ensure a perfect fit.
2. Accurately measure and mark the depth of the socket to guarantee a precise insertion.
3. Apply adhesive correctly, starting with the socket and then the fitting, ensuring an even and appropriate coating for optimal bonding.
4. Align pieces perfectly; insert confidently to the marked point and rotate a smooth 1/4 turn for a secure fit.
5. Clean off any excess adhesive from the socket to maintain a tidy and professional finish.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand undisturbed until the interface is fully cured, ensuring a robust connection.
★ Always prioritize safety with adhesives by following these vital guidelines:
1. Use adhesives and cleaning agents only as needed, restricting access to trained personnel to ensure safety.
2. Maintain a flame-free environment at bonding sites with proper ventilation to prevent hazards.
3. Avoid construction in temperatures below -10ºC and never use fire to bake adhesive points, preserving both safety and integrity.

Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Determine each layer's saw pipe length based on precise measurements and fitting dimensions. Use fine-tooth saws, cutters, or pipe cutting machines for smooth cuts. Ensure no deformation at the section, and file the socket's glue area into a 15°-30° groove, with a length no less than 3mm and a depth of 1/3-1/2 of the pipe wall. Clean debris after grooving.
Socket protection:
After socket connection, clean extruded adhesive with a dry cloth or cotton dipped in detergent like acetone. Allow the joint to cure based on adhesive performance and climate, extending curing time during winter.
