Pipe Connection
★ Mark the socket depth on the pipe insertion end after piping.
★ Clean the connecting surfaces of pipes and fittings. Insert the pipe into the pipe joint cover.
★ Heat the pipes and fittings with a hot melt machine, ensuring that heating parameters meet the technical requirements of the machine.
★ After heating, immediately remove the pipe and fittings simultaneously. Insert them evenly to the marked depth without rotation, creating a uniform flange at the joint.
★ Secure the pipe joint cover after welding.
★ Achieve a perfect match: The pipes and fittings melt into one cohesive unit, ensuring an impeccable bond.
