★ Lightweight with high specific strength: Our fittings are approximately one-eighth the weight of steel pipes, boasting high-pressure test strength, excellent toughness, and outstanding impact resistance.

Product application range

Pipe connection
★ Mark the socket depth at the pipe insertion end upon piping.
★ Clean the connecting ends of pipes and fittings. Insert the pipe into the pipe joint cover.
★ Use a hot melt machine to heat the pipes and fittings intended for connection. Ensure the heating parameters comply with the technical requirements of the relevant hot melt machine.
★ Once heating time is achieved, swiftly remove the pipe and fittings and insert them straight without rotation to the marked depth, forming a uniform flange at the joint.
★ Apply the pipe joint cover post-welding.
★ Pipes and fittings meld completely into one body, achieving a truly perfect match.
