Pipe Connection
★ Mark the socket depth on the pipe insertion end post-piping.
★ Ensure the connecting end faces of pipes and fittings are clean. Insert the pipe into the pipe joint cover.
★ Heat the pipes and fittings with a hot melt machine. Follow the technical parameters specified for the hot melt machine.
★ Upon reaching the required heating time, simultaneously remove the pipe and fittings. Without rotating, insert them straight to the marked depth to form a uniform flange at the joint.
★ Once welded, place the pipe joint cover back on.
★ Achieve a flawless match as pipes and fittings melt into a single unit.
